Who can benefit from The Alexander Technique?

Individual lessons for:

remedial help for sore backs, necks, shoulders and arms
improvement or development of a specific skill such as acting, singing, dancing, speaking or sport
stress management techniques
increased awareness of old and unproductive habits
more refined and dynamic use of the body
improved breathing techniques for actors, singers, performers and asthmatic

wellness, youthfulness, confidence and poise.

How are lessons organised?

Private lessons are taught one-on-one. This means that they can be tailored to meet individual needs.

How many lessons do I need?

This varies with individuals, however it usually takes between 10 -15 before you are able to take the principles of The Alexander Technique and use them in your daily activities or areas of interest.

When can I have my lesson?

I am available Monday to Saturday. Please phone (02) 9363 4939 for an appointment.

How often do I need a lesson?

I work with people once a week to maintain the continuity of the learning process.

What do I need to wear?

Casual clothes. Gym clothes are ideal.
